For postal orders, every effort is made to have your order dispatched in the shortest possible time and you should receive it within 14 days, depending on destination. For expensive items you will receive a postal tracking number. Should you find the product is not what you expected then provided it is in the original packaging and in good condition you may return it within 7 days. Your payment will be refunded into your credit card (less any additional bank charges) or alternatively, you may choose to receive a credit to purchase another product.
